Can I use AimiChat without signing up?
Yes. Open AimiChat and start chatting in Talk mode right away, with no account and no email. Guests get 10 messages a day, and guest chats stay in your browser. A free account unlocks the other modes, file and image uploads, chat history on every device, and 400 credits a month to use any day, enough for about 400 Fast messages, including up to 50 on Claude Sonnet 5.5. Chats you started as a guest move into your account when you sign up.
What are credits?
Credits pay for AI use. A normal message costs 1 credit on Fast, 2 on Balanced (Claude Sonnet 5.5), 3 on Premium (GPT-6 Sol) and 5 on Genius (Claude Opus 5.5). Very long answers and very long inputs cost more, so short questions stay cheap. Deep research reports start at 60 credits. Credits reset every month on every plan. If a paid plan runs out, you still get 10 Fast credits a day until it resets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You have complete control over your subscription. Cancel anytime directly from your account settings with no cancellation fees or penalties. After cancellation, you'll retain full access to all your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between quality modes?
Quality modes choose the AI model for each message. Fast uses GPT-6 Luna, Balanced uses Claude Sonnet 5.5, Premium uses GPT-6 Sol, and Genius uses Claude Opus 5.5. Every paid plan can use all four, and your plan sets how many credits you have. Free accounts can use Fast and Balanced.
Which AI models are included with each plan?
Every paid plan includes all four models: GPT-6 Luna, Claude Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6 Sol and Claude Opus 5.5. Plans differ in credits: Aimi+ has 1,800 a month, Aimi Ultra 5,500 and Aimi Genius 11,000. Free accounts use GPT-6 Luna and Claude Sonnet 5.5 with 400 credits a month. Backup models may be used when a primary provider is unavailable.
What is Coder mode?
Coder mode is available on the Ultra and Genius plans and is designed for developers. It provides expert-level programming assistance including code generation, intelligent debugging, refactoring suggestions, and comprehensive code reviews. It supports all major programming languages and frameworks, making it your AI pair programming partner.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrading is seamless. Navigate to your account settings, select your desired plan, and complete the payment. Your new features activate instantly. We'll automatically prorate the cost, crediting the unused portion of your current plan towards the upgrade.
Is my data secure?
Security is our top priority. All data is protected with enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption both in transit and at rest. Your conversations remain completely private and are never used to train our AI models without your explicit consent. We comply with GDPR and other major privacy regulations.
